We just got our first snow storm yesterday, so we are hoping that it stays and sleigh rides will be great this winter!  A white Christmas will be welcome.

I like to ride but I love to drive.  We have 7 belgians and 2 percherons in our herd.  We have a carriage company providing services for weddings and special events.  Our horses range in age from 16 months to 17 years.  5 we use for the business, 3 are the future of the company and our one sweet 2300lb mare that was severely abused is learning to trust again, so we are looking forward to taking her out for a drive on of these days when she's ready.  Check us out www.humesrides.ca.

Hi, I have a 10hh driving pony gelding for sale. He is 5, he was started as a 3rd old but I just didn't have time last ur to finish him. Harnessed him up a few weeks ago and he was perfect! After a year of doing nothing and only being green, "Moses" has started giving a 12 yr inexperienced student driving lessons! Level headed even when driving through grass without a check (the one on the harness is too small for him, do I haven't used it). Check out my website for details, pics and videos: http//:lazycreekfalabellas.webs.com

Lanie, have you tried the Drive Ontario online classifieds?  Just a thought.

Frances, good for you guys!  Sounds like enough to make me antsy too, lol.

I would love to find an inexpensive but decent training-type cart for my guy so we can play in the summer months.  Maybe I'll ask for it for my birthday. :-)

Absolutely! we are trying to get out at least 3 times a week.  Took the horses to the Lindsay Horse expo last weekeend and for the most part they were terrific. Junior got a bit antsy driving in the rodeo arena with  1  six horse hitchof Belgians, 2  fours of Percherons and Clydes and a tandem of  commercials. But aside from that they did a really nice job in the demonstration ring.
