I think what you are doing is so wonderful. I would love to do the same here in Ontario. I know that this is an expensive project and you have such a positive outlook on it. I will vote for you. Hopefully you will succeed in your venture. Canada needs more people like you.

Hi Everyone,

I LOVE Heartland, and in part because of inspiration from this show to follow my childhood dream, I have created a brand new horse rescue in Atlantic Canada and I need help getting it off the ground. I have 130 acres of land, and huge community support, but need funds to build appropriate facilities. So, I entered a contest to win the funds and our rescue needs votes to win. I met Amber at CanAm in London ont last month, and she's a great girl!!! She's so down to earth, she even walked the line to say hi to everyone during her break!!! How cool is that!!!

How did she get on Heartland. Did she train as an actress? Or did she just audition for the show because she rides horses? Just curious.

Hey All...My friends who own the farm where I retrain abused horses....anyway rob's wife christine knows Amber Marshall when she was a little girl and Amber's mom worked on my other friend's Standardbred farm for a while.So I am a huge fan of "Heartland".I live near London,Ont. but couldn't make it out to the Can Am,so I missed Amber:(
