This page is dedicated to watching the mares on Mare Stare, starting with the mini mares at Mulligans Run Farm. But be warned....it is highly addictive.

Comment by Heather Troglauer on January 10, 2011 at 6:56pm Good evening/morning/afternoon all! LOL Snowflake (Silent Snowfall) is doing great. Unfortunately our weather is NOT. We have had to put a third blanket on her which I absolutely hate because I worry about it restricting her movement. We checked all the openings and everything seems loose and she is warm now and snuggly.
Tilly loves her baby and is such a good mom and very happy to share her with us. She's an absolute doll. Can't wait for the blankets to come off so you can see all of her.
The barn is full tonight with wet mares that we are trying to dry out, and wet yearlings that don't know enough to stay in their shelters. That will help to add body heat to the barn, but it also adds noise which may bother Chantilly from time to time. I would put up more cams but I seem to be having issues with some of the cams. We will have to sort that out before foaling season!
