The barn alarm is a page that you leave open.  It makes sounds (galloping for a low alert which means the mare is close and whinnying for a high alerts which indicates active labor).  You can find the page at www.marestare.com/barnalarm/   When there is an alert a box will pop up on the screen.  It has two links on it. One will shut off the sound, the other will take you to the cam where the "alert" was generated.

I also have a new "text alert" in the works.  I am almost ready to have people sign up.  You put in your cell phone # and you get a text alert when someone is in labor.  We are still working out the kinks, but will hopefully have it done this week.

Kate, that rocking is actually her breathing. Big baby, room for lungs, not so much.

Anybody else ever see a mare rock like Chanel is doing before?  She is staying upright, but rocking hard.
