I know. Poor little guy. Glad he wasn't hurt. Glad Heather and Shannon are there. He just wants to be with his momma.

I was really concerned when she bucked and jumped her rear end over him, but he turned out okay.  He was just very discouraged.

I know. Pearl did it as well in the past.

I do hope she accepts him soon. Poor little guy. :(

She is having trouble with accepting him enough to nurse. This isn't good, but it is common with maiden mares.  I'd like to know how they will deal with this issue, but they will tell us later.

Freya is not overly impressed with her offspring. This jumpy wet thing is supposed to be my stallmate?Is her first impression.

Freya did very well for a maiden mare. Congratulations hor colt looks great! He has quite the size for a first time mother too.
