i am late coming to this forum, but bluebird lane breeds really quality fjords. and fjords can do english and western and just about anything else. i have a friend with a bluebird lane fjord, and she has ridden him to ribbons in both english and western classes....if you're in canada, try giving them a call. i am sure she can give you a world of good information about them.
