The SmartPak Equine fan page is meant to be home to a community of riders and equestrian enthusiasts to openly share their thoughts, stories, photos and the like. As a company, we always welcome your constructive feedback - be it positive or negative. As it relates to other fans, we ask that everyone follow the "golden rule" and treat other fans with respect and kindness. As we are an horse-centric company, we request that comments stay focused on that topic. Additionally, our fan page is home to equestrians of all ages and request that the language used on our page is free from obscenities. Any post that we feel violates our policies toward respecting others or obscene language will be taken down immediately. Our goal is simply to offer a welcoming community, where all are free to share and participate. You just want to ride, we just want to help!

Maybe my computer isn't refreshing properly, but I'm only seeing 4 replies and the person who won didn't even answer the question(according to my computer) not complaining, just trying to understand how these things are working?
