Comment by Nikki Brazier on October 25, 2010 at 1:34pm: Hi Jennifer: I would recommend the Pilates books and also the DVD. Another option is Ridign with Chi - very gentle exercises that are non concussive and very useful including helping with breathing and relaxation to access core.
