- A Bit About Me and my Horse(s)
- We have 9 horses all together but admittedly Eclipse is my favorite. I was there while he was being born and we have had a special bond since. Eclipse is an 11 year old bay quarter horse standing 15hh. He is all personality. We have 80 acres that we run and play on. We have wooded areas as well as brooks on the property so basically it's a big play ground for us. He keeps me grounded and helps me appreciate the simple pleasures in life.

Thank you for the welcome. Most of our horses are quarterhorses. We do have a couple of Dun's as well. Without hopefully missing anyone we have; Eclipse, Dee, Hellen, Asher, Gypsy, Trixie, Amber, Splash and Storm. My son's favorite is Amber. It's beyond cute, she will follow him whenever he is in the pasture. I will have to post some pictures. My daughter enters shows from time to time but nothing serious. I'll try to get some pics up soon.

Hi horsie lover,,I just got two irish Draft's...Moze and Shane they look like drum horses...they would love to live at your place and me too...maybe someday I will win a big lottery HA..enjoy your critters..hope, shane, moze, savy, tango and all my 6 huge dogs... hope from California...

Welcome to BarnMice ...I'm a 'New-B' too. Your place sounds like a dream. Oh to have a favourite, it's so wonderful. We have 4 horses .. Snow, Reg.Paint mare (our Chevy 4x4), 15.3hh, turning 25 and looking 10; Chief (my Caddy) who I've had since he was 8mos. will be 22 in February, 17.1hh 3/4 T-bred . 1/4 Belgian, we have done millions of miles together > Many 3day Endurance Events that always amazed the Arab owners; Sundance, turning 12 is a Rocky Mountain, 14.3hh and considered my Ferrari; Destiny, Buckskin Rocky Mtn. 5 1/2yo, 15hh FAT all day comfort ride that will take me until the end of time. We have lived on (do not own) a large ranch. The owners raise endurance Arab, Arab cross horses for endurance/long distance rides. Like you, it's a beautiful place dreams are made of. Glad to meet you.
