Anyone who has ever had the good fortune to know Christina Cline quickly realizes that they have encountered a rare and wonderful person with a tremendous heart. That heart shows itself in the unmatched kindness, patience and skill she brings to her work with horses, and in the generosity she has shown to so many people and animals in need.

Unfortunately, life has been anything but kind or generous to Christina lately, with the most recent and most devastating blow coming in the loss of her beloved horse, Leo, to a mysterious illness. Christina raised Leo from the moment he was born, and he was more like a child to her than a pet. Losing him is a terrible blow, made even worse by a hospital bill totaling many thousands of dollars. This has placed a crushing burden on Christina in a time that is already extremely painful.

Christina's many friends, clients and supporters want to do something to help alleviate the financial burden, and to show her that we understand and care. We are therefore organizing two simultaneous benefit dinner/silent auction events, one in the Fraser Valley and one on the Sunshine Coast. For those too far away to attend, we are offering email bidding on items that can be mailed or transported (and will accept any donations!).
