3 Year Old Girl Cantering 16.3 Hand Horse
Mount up starts at about 1:30 into the video. Canter starts about 2:15 into the video. She certainly can sit. Makes the upward and downward transitions too. There are other videos of her starting at 2 years old.

What should be cute is just scary - tiny child, huge horse, no helmet. No matter how calm the horse is, this is a recipe for disaster.
