This video shows how we teach our foals that a trailer is a nice place to be. It's not very complicated, we use the grown up horses (his parents) to show little Liberado that this is safe, as well as providing lots of treats and a relaxed atmosphere.



We only do this with them a couple of times during their first year, and when they have learned to lead properly we start to take them inside, and they all walk in with confidence.



I use the same system for horses that has problems with loading, it's amazing how fast they become positive once they have had a few nice experiences with this.
