Simple fact of dressage today, the stipulations required in the Articles regarding the frame of the horse are not being met.
Steffen Peters horses are moving from their legs not their backs because he, like the other GP competitors are compressing the forehand.

I just watched the actual performance of charlotte and steffan on Horse Junkies, very enjoyable. I personally liked Charlotte and Valegro's better, he seemed to be enjoying himself and still listening pretty carefully to her. I know nothing about judging Dressage, but Steffan and his mount seemed to be working harder, but not necessarily better to me.
